A data literacy workshop series offered each semester helps to foster a data-driven decision-making culture across the university. Current enrollment is 8,000 students with around 61% in semester credit courses and 39% pursuing adult education. In 2023, over half (56%) of the students were Latino, compared to 36% in 2010.
