As a tenure-track faculty member at a research intensive university, my (federal) grantsmanship expectations are high if I want to get promoted to full, or to have the money to get resources for my grad students and myself. I wrote the grant, and submitted it to NIH in February of 2015 as an R21. 11/16/2015. Percentile.
