In his three years there, he created the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community in Emory’s Graduate School and the Emory Diversifying Graduate Education (EDGE) program. At Emory, he created over 100 internal and external initiatives, recruiting plans that targeted under-represented and international students.
