They also provided more hands-on training for faculty and students to spur wider adoption of the Navigate student success platform and improve communication during the registration process. So that was a big group of students that we identified and were able to create a campaign for it and go after.

This project was particularly important to me because of the impact CliftonStrengths had made in my life and how the tool was being used to support post-secondary students’ development. My job at the University allows me to work with students in career exploration from the very beginning of ‘what is a career?’
