We are also working together to place dedicated college advisors in Kansas high schools through the Kansas State College Advising Corps. Common recommendations included improved advising services, guided pathways for students, and proactive, targeted financial aid and completion grants.

First presented in a 2015 book by scholars at Columbia University’s Community College Research Center (CCRC), Guided Pathways is designed to get students on clear tracks by giving them structure.
