Regular Communication and Updates Personalized Check-Ins: Schedule regular check-ins with financial aid recipients and their families to monitor their progress and address any questions or concerns. Financial Aid Counseling: Provide financial aid counseling to assist students in understanding and managing anticipated college student loans.
Email scheduling : Select the email frequency and recipients for dashboard delivery via PDF or Excel documents.
