When I left for a provost job at University of Missouri , I was excited about a new opportunity at a Midwestern university.
Conway-Turner, who grew up in a small town in Missouri, said her journey mirrors that of many of the students at Buffalo State University (part of the State University of New York system). She earned her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees at the University of Kansas, also a public institution.
