Creating MEGA What emerged from the taskforce planning was the Male Enrollment and Graduation Alliance (MEGA), an ambitious wrap-around initiative designed to strengthen the high school-to-college pipeline and to provide a platform for current male college students of color to engage with each other, faculty, and staff.
Specifically: “ Entities performing the functions of student recruiting and retention, the provision of software products and services involving TitleIV administration activities, and the provision of educational content and instruction are defined as third-party servicers.”
It is important for institutions to engage in and encourage faculty research that informs DEI as part of their governance and campus cultures. TitleIV of the HEA was designed “to strengthen the education resources of our colleges and universities and to provide financial assistance for students in postsecondary and higher education.”
