This past year, over 500 school sessions were scheduled across about 30 schools in New Jersey and other cities, says Fred Cline, HISPA operations director. There is also HISPA’s Latinos in College, a leadershipdevelopment program for mostly first-year, first-generation students. About 200 students attended each event.
