That’s because on campuses that are predominantly white and majority female , it’s harder for Black and Latino men to find peer groups, mentors, role models, and places where they can just be themselves. And so I think really important to think about, yeah, where can we be more proactive throughout the student life cycle? AS: Yeah, and I think it's harder for men. This is a pretty new program.
